Since 1968 Wesser have been fundraising for some of the worlds best known charities.  Today is no different with over 25 global charities supported by our fundraising teams across Europe.

In the UK we support the work of St John Ambulance, Shelter and Guide Dogs, all of which are renowned for delivering essential, often lifesaving services.

We are currently recruiting for door-to-door charity fundraisers throughout the UK to work as part of our residential fundraising team, specialising in recruiting long terms supporters for our charity partners.

Job role:

  • Speak to members of the public on a door to door basis.

FAQ's

We operate between 15 and 20 fundraising teams at any given time covering a large part of England, Scotland and Wales.

Your training will take place at a location agreed on completion of the interview/selection stage. For our localised fundraising roles training typically takes place within close proximity to the fundraisers home town/city or fundraising area. We also offer virtual training days.

Yes. The majority of our senior staff started at Wesser as fundraisers. We are always looking for talented individuals to become future team leaders or fundraising coordinators.

In order to become a Wesser fundraiser you must be at least 18 years of age.

Yes. As part of our commitment to students and those who need seasonal work we can offer short term placements starting from 6 weeks.

Yes. You should be aiming for at least 15 long-term supporters each week. However, if you have a bad week here or there, it’s not the end of the world. Your Team Leader and managers will be on hand to give you all the training and help you need to get up to where you need to be.

Yes. To ensure you are instantly identifiable as a charity representative you will be provided with T-shirts, body warmers and jackets with the logos of our charity partner. You will also have an ID badge that must be worn at all times when fundraising.

Yes. Once you have been fundraiser with Wesser for a minimum of 6 weeks you are more than welcome to return to us in your holidays. This also applies to those looking to take gap years or travel in-between working as a fundraiser.
